All GIS data and products shall be distributed subject to and with a copy of a L icense. There is a Personal Use license, with three riders, Commercial, Publica tion, and Intergovernmental. Terms of these licensing agreements are not negoti able except where otherwise provided. All terms and conditions of these license s must be met prior to release of the information. The Data is provided "as is" without warranty or any representation of accuracy, timeliness or completeness. The burden for determining accuracy, com pleteness, timeliness, merchantability and fitness for or the appropriateness fo r use rests solely on the requester. The County makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the use of the licensed Data. There are no implied warranties o f merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The requester acknowledg es and accepts the limitations of the Data, including the fact that the Data is dynamic and is in a constant state of maintenance, correction and update. |
